Customer Care, Returns & Shipping

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to mainland all UK territories inclusive of England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland.  Shipping to mainland England, Scotland or Wales has a expected delivery timeline of 5-7 working days. 

Non mainland and Irish shipping addresses are expected to take 7-10 working days for delivery. We do not currently ship outside of the UK but would love to hear from you and will try and service any customer worldwide as a custom order.

Customer Care Policy

Customer service is our top priority. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We will be polite and professional at all times. We will listen to our customers' concerns and do our best to resolve them. Where we are unable to resolve them we will offer an alternative or resolution through our returns policy, refund, future discounts.

 

We will keep our customers informed of any changes or updates that may affect them. We will make every effort to communicate with our customers in a timely and efficient manner. We will take the time to understand our customers' needs and expectations. We will work with our customers to find the best solution for their needs.
 

We will do everything we can to exceed our customers' expectations. Return & Exchange Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods to us within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, if they are not as described or of satisfactory quality. We will also accept any unused goods returned in original packaging during the 14 days after you receive them.

You can also return goods within 30 days of receiving them if they are faulty.

 

To return goods, you must contact the us via email or the live chat function on the website and tell us you want to return them (email: help@atticusbyamy.com) Your refund will be paid into the same account that you used to pay for the goods.

If there is a problem with any goods being faulty we may offer a replacement but ask for the original to be returned in order to inspect the product.
