We will keep customers who have ordered data for 2 years & financial information for 7 as detail above.

1. Deleting prospective customer data from our platforms
2. Web, device and connection data is only kept for 1 year or less by default for analytics
3. Financial data will be filed appropriately and disposed of at 7 years by deletion from online files storages and accounting software automatically.
